For the first time, Annie Smithers of du Fermier will join Circa’s Rhys Blackley for one night only, showcasing each chef’s acclaimed culinary skills.
Known for her classic French farmhouse dishes, Trentham-based Annie Smithers brings her seasonal homegrown produce from the Victorian countryside to the breezy shores of St Kilda.
Guests will be treated to a five course menu designed by Annie Smithers in conjunction with Rhys Blackley, with matched wines by Curly Flat and Cobaw Ridge, handpicked by Circa’s Head Sommelier, Laurent Rospars.
